IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Authorized Dealers must confirm warranty dates and device age (under 5 years old) before creating a new RMA ticket. Please follow the link below to validate warranty coverage by searching the device serial number. The RMA ticket will require confirmation that device is "In Warranty" or "OOW (Out of Warranty)" and, if applicable, approve the OOW Repair Fee. You must validate warranty coverage to create a new RMA ticket. Search by serial number to confirm warranty coverage and device age at:
